Genel Nitelikler:

• Mobil oyun konusunda deneyimi olan
• Kendi geliştirdiği veya geliştirme sürecinde yer aldığı sunabileceği en az bir oyunu olan
• Birden çok programlama diline hakim
• Oyun sektörü ile ilgili global trendleri takip eden ve sürekli kendini geliştiren
• Problemlere analitik çözümler üretebilen
• Araştırma yapabilecek düzeyde İngilizce bilgisi olan
• Takım çalışmasına uygun
• Erkek adaylar için en az 2 yıllık askerlik tescili olması
• İzmir’de ikamet eden veya edebilecek takım arkadaşları arıyoruz

2- DATA ANALYST

We are looking for Data Analyst for our mobile gaming company Masomo. We are an interactive entertainment company looking to transform the power of social in mobile games. We are looking for a teammate for our Izmir / Turkey office.

Key Duties:

• Writing complex analytical SQL queries, creating reports, visualizations and dashboards to visualize game metrics by using visualization tools
• Reading and understanding existing SQL queries to use them to reach new reports by revising or recreating
• Applying statistical data analysis, machine learning methodologies by using R or Python languages
• Collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Identifying trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Translate the data into understandable documents, prepare and present information and recommendations
• Bringing the Company a step further by always keeping up to speed and improving Data Analysis department

Expectations:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematical Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Econometrics or related fields
• Minimum 2 years experience in working on data analysis, modeling and reporting systems
• Keen interest in Data Analysis, Machine Learning techniques
• Advanced communication and analytical skills
• Curiosity and willingness to learn
• Ability to simplify complex ideas
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Self-directed and punctual
• Professional working proficiency in English
• No military service obligation for a minimum of 2 years (for male candidates)

Key Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of statistical concepts and techniques
• Comfortable with writing sophisticated SQL Queries
• Knowledge and experience in using statistical packages and programs for analyzing datasets (R, Python, SAS etc.)
• Experience in Data Mining, Exploratory Data Analysis, Forecasting and Segmentation techniques
• Experience in working with data files, databases
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas and visualization)
• Strong writing and verbal presentation skills

3- BACKEND DEVELOPER

We’re looking for a Backend Developer to develop online games. The candidate will be excited to have the ground floor opportunity to be part of the design and development of worldwide used applications.

Key Duties:

• Liaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new features
• Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logic
• Write and implement software solutions that integrate different systems
• Good communication with stakeholders
• Manage his/her own schedule
• Have fun while working

Desired Skills:

• Min 2 years of experience at developing enterprise level applications with Php
• Experience on;

  Golang, PHP or Python
  Building and using REST APIs & TCP/UDP Sockets
  Distributed cache architectures (Redis, Memcache etc.)
  No-Sql
  Sql

• Knowledge about  OOP principles, PSR standarts, How relational and non-relational databases works
• Willing to learn/adapt new technologies
• Experience with Linux (Centos knowledge is a plus)
• A solid understanding of agile methodologies, issue management systems and version control systems
• Emphatize with what user feels and wants
• Good team player with good communication/collaboration skills and strong analytical approach
• High troubleshooting skills under stressful cases
• Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking capabilities
