Facuty Positions İn Sotfware Engineering & Computing At İzmir Institute of Technology

İzmir Institute of Technology (IzTech), Department of Computer Engineering will recruit full-time faculty members at Assistant and Associate Professor levels.
Candidates are expected to have a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or a close discipline) and they should have a distinguished publication record. Successful candidate will be expected to conduct research and contribute to undergraduate and graduate level education in terms of offering courses and supervising theses.
Researchers in the fields of Software Engineering, Networking and Communication, Data Science, and Human-Computer Interaction are especially welcome to apply.
IzTech, founded in 1992, is one of two institutes of technology in Turkey with special emphasis on research and education in technological fields. IzTech has continually ranked among the top universities of the country with its English-medium education system, which conforms to international standards. Education is offered in 37 graduate and 11 undergraduate programs at the Graduate School of Engineering and Sciences, and Schools of Sciences, Engineering, and Architecture. Department of Computer Engineering has continually ranked among the top 10 universities of the country with its English-medium education system, which conforms to international standards. Currently, the department has a young, dynamic and motivated staff (  The department is in close cooperation with the companies in techno-park regarding both engineering education and R&D projects. Techno-park in IzTech, founded in 2003, is the first technology development area in Izmir and it mainly consists of software development and IT companies.
IzTech is located by the sea, close to a beautiful village, 45 kilometers from Izmir city center (, and offering exciting recreational activities including cycling, diving, windsurfing and sailing. Houses within the campus are provided for the faculty members. For people who work at IzTech and stay in Izmir, shuttle bus service is available for free.
